Mercy Falling Bio 

The band Mercy Falling was formed in the summer of 2007, by the sovereign hand of God, placing four men with the same heart and desire together to glorify His name.  If you could sum up what Mercy Falling is all about in two words it would be “Proclaiming Christ”.  In the center of this band lies the great truth that two thousand years ago Jesus Christ left eternity and the fellowship He had with His Father to come and die upon the cross for the sins of the world. Just as 1 Corinthians 2:2 states, “For I determined not to know anything among you, save Jesus Christ, and Him crucified.” Therein lies the main motivation, focus, and inspiration of Mercy Falling.  Within the songs lie depths of experience everyone faces while seeking to follow and know Him.   Just as you read through the psalms, you see King David’s heart displayed as he cries out to God in and throughout different circumstances in his life.  So also Mercy Falling’s desire is not to pretend, but to display the truth about some of the difficulties and victories faced by believers in Jesus Christ. The band consists of Kevin Stevens (lead vocals, guitars), Tony Reale (vocals, guitars), John Whiting (Bass) and Kevin Dennis(Drums, percussion).  It is clearly Mercy Falling’s desire that all who hear their music would come to faith in Jesus Christ, and for those who already know Him, that they would be built up in their walk with Him.
