We open our Bible’s to 1st Corinthians, a timeless letter written by Paul The apostle to the church at Corinth, a letter that reveals the problems, the pressures, and the struggles of a church called out of a pagan society. This letter should hopefully convict us and direct us on how to live right and how to act right within the church of God. A challenging letter that we must all be encouraged to follow! 1 Corinthians 1 New King James Version (NKJV)
1 Paul, called to be an apostle of Jesus Christ through the will of God, and Sosthenes our brother,
2 To the church of God which is at Corinth, to those who are [a]sanctified in Christ Jesus, called to be saints, with all who in every place call on the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, both theirs and ours:
3 Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.
