We join Pastor David Crespo in the eighty-eighth Psalm today, which happens to be the most depressing Psalm of them all. Pastor David tells us, and as we all know some of the greatest lessons learned are in our darkest seasons of life! Pastor David’s hope and prayer for today is that after this time spent in God’s Word, we would be encouraged and better equipped when it comes to these times of depression, to help us and others.
